Terms of Use

Last updated: May 21, 2026

Welcome to neoschool. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites (including neoschool.me) and our digital learning platform (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who may use the Services

The Services are intended for use by parents and guardians, and by students under the supervision of their parents, guardians, or neoschool staff. If you are using the Services on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to these Terms on the child's behalf.

3. Accounts & family responsibilities

4. Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

5. Applications & enrollment

Submitting an application or interest form does not guarantee admission. Admission decisions, tuition, deposits, and enrollment terms are governed by the specific enrollment materials and any enrollment agreement provided to admitted families. In the event of a conflict, your signed enrollment agreement controls over these Terms.

The application itself is free, and submitting it creates no payment obligation. Tuition and deposit obligations arise only if you are offered and accept admission under a separate enrollment agreement.

6. AI tutor & platform content

The AI tutor is an educational aid designed to support learning. While we work to make it helpful and accurate, AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace the judgment of teachers and parents. The Services are an educational tool and do not constitute professional, medical, or psychological advice.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including text, design, logos, and platform software, are owned by neoschool or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your family's personal, educational use. You retain ownership of content your family submits, and you grant us permission to use it as needed to provide the Services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information, including children's information under COPPA. Please review it carefully.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neoschool and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled families. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
